Big Money Sales at Abu Dhabi Art

Abu Dhabi Art,

In frothy times, art fair sales occur on opening day.  At the new Abu Dhabi Art,  the big ticket deals were consummated at the end of the week.

Here is a list of purchases confirmed by fair organizers. UPDATE: PRICES NOT CONFIRMED BY FAIR ORGANIZERS. The buyers’ identities weren’t revealed, but I assume some of these purchases were made by the government’s Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC) which is developing the Abu Dhabi Louvre and Guggenheim Museums, as well as other collections.
